25 Jokes to Make Your Kids Laugh on National Tell A Joke Day

August 16th is National Tell a Joke Day!

Here at Smart Lunches, we love to laugh. So naturally we decided to embrace this day of LOLs by creating a list of 25 jokes to tell the little ones.

Parents, teachers, care takers, and school lunch providers know how special it is to see kids grin from ear to ear and let out a big laugh. It’s healthy too! Children with more developed sense of humors are proven to score higher on tests of intelligence and creativity. Because it takes a different understanding of language to appreciate it, joking promotes language and literacy skills as well. Learn more at PBS.org.
