We’re excited to kick-off 2014 with some new menu items! Our January menu has some exciting new menu items, along with our delicious classics. My personal favorite? The buffalo chicken sandwich. But, these lunches come in close behind:
1. BBQ Beef and Cheddar Sub
An American classic. Ground beef with BBQ sauce and melted cheddar cheese – all on top of a whole-wheat bun.
2. Meatball Pizza
What would happen if pizza married meatloaf? Find out when thinly sliced turkey meatballs are laid on a pizza crust then topped with pizza sauce and melted cheese.
3. Mediterranean Platter
This popular platter is a palate pleaser! Hummus, tabbouleh, low-fat cheddar cheese and fresh tomato cucumber salad are served with baby carrots and whole wheat pita.
4. Gluten-Free Turkey Veggie Wrap
Sliced turkey breast with roasted vegetables, shredded lettuce and tomato on a gluten-free tortilla
5. Baked Chicken Fingers
Finger-licking good chicken fingers! Ours are oven-baked white chicken tenders served over brown rice with ketchup on the side.
6. Vegetarian Cobb Salad
This hearty salad will fill you up! A bed of romaine lettuce with Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, eggs and red onion, tossed in a Dijon balsamic dressing.
We still offer some of your other favorites, including french bread pizza, organic hot dog, homestyle mac and cheese, gluten-free sunbutter and jam, and half sandwich/salad combo. All of these dishes also include a choice of a fresh fruit or vegetable on the side. You can check out the entire January menu here.
